First things first. When I was introduced to Earlly Mac’s records back in 2010, I thought he was next in the Finally Famous camp to blow up. Yup, right alongside Big Sean. Matter of fact, when I was sent this track in March of 2010, I KNEW this was among a batch of records that would launch him into the spotlight.
But… the original “Party Boy EP” project that included this record was never released, and as a matter of fact, this record wasn’t included on the “Party UP!” project that did eventually drop later that year. After some time, I ended up losing this track after switching computers twice, but I ended up coming across a backup on one of my hard drives last week. It’s been on repeat since.
A party song nonetheless, but one that a few years back was another record that made Detroit party rap stand out. If you’ve never heard of Earlly Mac of the Finally Famous camp before… Here you go.
