My big brother Theo is back again with this fresh track off his upcoming mixtape “You Can’t Do That On Television!” The lyrics are interesting because this is the first time I’ve heard Theo address the haters and gives them knockout punches throughout the song. > “Oh, now they want my features, now they wanna reach me/ All you single heathens, you all need Jesus” -Theo Martins- “Kirby’s Airwalk” Theo assures his listeners that he’s coming full force and anyone thats being lazy in the game right now should really get to refining their skills, he refuses to be slept on!

On another note, The beat is very interesting to me, the sample used mentions, “so full of hate” so once I heard that I knew that the lyrics were going to go harddddd.

“Finally. New material from myself & Theo Martins’ long-awaited project, You Can’t Do That On Television. Yes, it was supposed to be out a minute ago, I know. Without getting too far into it, certain things didn’t necessarily go as planned. But what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. A quick backstory on the beat: I found the sample on a steal of a record and I knew it was special when I first heard it. I actually had to let it marinate for a few months before I got a chance to tackle it properly. It was one of those instances where sometimes, you just have to let the beat make itself.”
